Digital delivery
Photo packs are delivered by email and dashboard. There is no physical shipping charge.
Retry support
Use the included retry tokens first when an individual result needs another pass.
14 day support window
Contact support within 14 days of purchase if delivery fails or the pack is materially incomplete.
Stripe processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method.
Our commitment
We want your paid pack to match the package you bought and be usable for the profile goal you selected. If something goes wrong with delivery or your completed pack is materially incomplete, contact us so we can review the order and help.
1. Digital product delivery
Get Ahead Shot sells digital AI photo packages. We do not ship physical goods. Completed packs are delivered through your dashboard and by email when processing is complete.
2. When to contact support
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if your paid pack cannot be delivered, is materially incomplete, or does not match the purchased package entitlement.
Include your order email and a short description of the issue so we can review the order state, retry history, and delivery logs.
3. Refund eligibility
We may approve a refund when a paid pack cannot be delivered, when the delivered pack is materially incomplete, or when a technical issue prevents access to the purchased outputs after support review.
Refund requests are reviewed against the purchased package entitlement, delivery logs, retry history, and support notes.
4. Retry tokens and final digital sales
Each paid pack includes retry tokens for individual regenerations. Use those tokens first when an output needs another pass.
Digital sales are generally final once generated outputs have been delivered or made available in your dashboard, especially after included retry tokens have been used, except where delivery fails or the delivered pack is materially incomplete.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@getaheadshot.app with your order email, order number if available, and a short description of what went wrong.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. We usually submit approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days, and bank or card posting times are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
